摘  要:目的比较以讲授和案例为基础的教学方法在消化内科教学中的应用及其效果。方法对2015年进行临床实习的北京大学医学部八年制临床医学专业学生进行消化内科授课教学,比较以案例为基础的教学法和以讲授为基础的传统教学法在教学实践中的不同,采用病例考试成绩和调查问卷方法评价教学成果。结果传统教学组和CBL组学生的出科成绩显示,在问诊病史、诊疗计划方面两组学生成绩无显著性差异(P>0.05),CBL组鉴别诊断和体格检查方面明显优于传统教学组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CBL教学法优于传统教学法。Objective To compare the teaching effect of Case-based Learning and the traditional teaching mode in clinical teaching of digestive diseases. Methods Students of Clinical Medicine Eight-year Program from Peking University Health Science Center who took gastroenterology clinical practice in 2015 were involved in this study. Student in control group had class of traditional teaching mode and students in experimental group had class of Case-based Learning. Scores of case simulations exam and results of questionnaire were adopted to evaluate the teaching effect. Results There is no significant difference between students of experimental group and students of control group in history taking as well as diagnosis and treatment plan(P〈0.05). Students of experimental group were significantly better than students of control group in physical examination and differentiation diagnosis(P〈0.05). Conclusion Case-based Learning is better than traditional teaching mode.
