摘　　要：以大学生极端案件层出不穷为背景,针对我国高校当前挫折教育普遍存在的内容单一化、解读片面化和践履方式形式化等问题,从社会生态变迁、家庭教育、学校教育,以及学生自身追根溯源。与时俱进,从理念、实践、方法和根本路径等方面,重新审视大学生挫折教育的路径优化选择,旨在进一步推进当代大学生挫折教育的进步与发展。Taking the appearance of extreme cases by college students as background,aiming at the issues like single content,the one-sided interpretation and formalized practice in the frustration education in Chinese universities in present,the causes are discussed from the social and ecological change,family education,school education,and the students themselves.The path optimization options of college students＇frustration education is re-examined from the aspects of ideas,practices,methods and fundamental way,etc.,to further promoting the progress and development of the contemporary college students＇frustration education.
