高职院校中外合作办学对接国际职业资格证书的内涵及其提升路径

摘　　要：我国高职院校中外合作办学经过若干年发展取得不少成就,但也面临合作办学水平低、重复建设和职业资格证书国际通用程度不高等问题。对此,高职院校中外合作办学应当进一步提升内涵,凸显高职教育的特色,应以与国际通用职业资格证书对接为导向,以培养具有国际就业竞争力的职业技术人才为目标。高职院校中外合作办学应积极构建国际职业资格证书对接制度以及与之匹配的评价体系;应当构建与国际通用职业资格标准相对接的课程和实践教学体系,探索建设符合国际规范标准的专业标准;应当强化双语教学,提高高职毕业生的英语应用能力,适应外企与外向型企业的职业能力要求。The Sino-foreign cooperative programs in higher vocational colleges have achieved, also exposed a lot of problems, such as low quality, repetition and the limited universality for the certificates. These programs need to improve its connotation by integrating with international vocational qualification certificates （ IVQC ） to high-light the higher vocational education characteristics, constructing relevant regulations and evaluation system, setting up proper curriculum and practical system to match the international vocational standard; improving students profes-sional English proficiency to be adaptable to their future careers.
