摘 要:目的分析2005-2013年云南省蜂蜜中毒事件的时空分布特征,为开展针对性控制措施提供科学依据。方法对2005-2013年云南省各县(区)蜂蜜中毒事件报告数据进行描述性分析,并使用Sa TScan软件进行空间聚集性分析。结果 2005-2013年云南省共报告蜂蜜中毒事件12起,导致75人中毒,18人死亡;所有中毒事件均发生于5-8月,其中11起发生在西部地区,仅1起发生在东部地区。所有中毒事件中,仅2013年西部地区的一起经孢粉学鉴定确认中毒原因为昆明山海棠毒蜜,其余11起事件原因均不明确;Sa TScan单纯空间扫描探测到一个在云南西部以北纬24.8度、东经97.9度为中心,半径为251.2 km的聚集区,该聚集区发生蜂蜜中毒的危险性显著高于其他地区(RR=49.85,LLR=15.57,P<0.05)。结论云南西部地区存在季节性蜂蜜中毒的高发区,中毒原因可能与昆明山海棠等有毒蜜源植物有关,应采取针对性措施。Objective To analyze the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of honey-induced poisonings in Yunnan Province from 2005 to 2013 so as to provide scientific evidence for implementing targeted control measures. Methods The data about the reported honey-induced poisoning events in each county (district) of Yunnan Province during 2005-2013 were descriptively analyzed, and SaTScan software was used for spatial clustering analysis. Results A total of 12 events of honey-induced poisoning were reported in Yunnan Province during 2005-2013, which resulted in 75 poisoning cases and 18 deaths. All the poisoning events occurred from May to August, of which 11 poisonings happened in the west of Yunnan Province and only 1 in the east region. Except for 1 poisoning in 2013 was confirmed to be caused by Tripterygium hypoglaucum through pollen analysis, the causes of other 11 poisonings remained unknown. A clustering district, which centered at north of latitude 24.8°N and east of longitude 97.9°W, within a radius of 251.2 km, was detected by SaTScan, and the risk of honey-induced poisoning of this district was significantly higher than those of other districts(RR=49.85,LLR=15.57, P〈0.05). Conclusions There exists a seasonal high-incidence district of honey-induced poisoning district in the west of Yunnan Province. The cause of the poisoning may be associated with poisonous nectar plants like Tripterygium hypoglaucum; and hence, the targeted countermeasures should be taken.
