摘　　要：针对我国近30年来中药类保健食品的发展历程,提出将我国现有保健品的发展分为4代,同时对未来保健品的发展趋势提出了第5代保健食品的观点,并对其特点进行了详细地阐述,同时提出了目前保健食品存在的一些问题以及未来的发展趋势。After researching the development process of Chinese health food（health care products） in the near thirty years, our existing health food was suggested to be divided into four generations. Meanwhile, the idea of the 5th generation of health food is proposed. In this article, the characteristics and future developing trends hace been described in details for the health foodof the 5th generation.
