摘　　要：通过药物化学课程的教学,为了使学生具备坚实的理论基础、过硬的实验操作技能和良好的实践创新能力,结合该课程的特点和教学过程中的问题,从激发学生的学习兴趣和科研热情,不断改进教学方法,采用启发互动式教学等方面进行教学改革探讨,以培养学生的自主学习能力和实践创新能力,提高教学水平和质量。Through the teaching of medicinal chemistry, in order to make students have a solid theoretical foundation, strong experimental operation skills and good ability of practical innovation, education innovation was discussed from several aspects such as stimulating students enthusiasm and interest in learning and scientific research, continuously improving teaching methods, using heuristic and interactive teaching model. Combined with characteristics of the course and problems issued in teaching process, the research and practice of teaching reform will be helpful to cultivate students＇ autonomous learning and practical innovation ability and improve the teaching level and education quality.
