摘 要:环境教育是人类社会进步的一个重要标志。在高校开设环境保护理论与实践选修课程,使大学生接受可持续发展观念和环境保护知识的教育,增强他们的社会责任感,培养他们的综合分析和综合决策能力,是国家培养复合型高级专门人才、实施可持续发展战略的需要。通过环保"三创"综合开放实验室的建设,开出有利于培养学生创新实践能力的综合性、应用性、开放性、交叉性等实验内容,增加选择性实验项目,拓展实验教学的空间,既照顾到非环境类专业学生,又能满足有一定专业基础的环境类专业学生的需要。The environmental education is a vital symbol of human society progress. To set up the elective courses of environmental protection theory and practice in colleges and universities that contributes students to achieve the value of sustainable development and the education of environmental protection knowledge. Further, which strengthens their sense of social responsibility, cultivates their ability of comprehensive analysis and decision-making. Moreover, it is a need of country to train compound type senior specialized talents and to implement the strategy of sustainable development. With the construction of environmental protection "three innovation" comprehensive opening laboratory, which offers experimental contents to benefit to cultivate students' innovative practice ability of integrity, applicability, openness, intersectionality and so on? And which increases selective experiment project, expands the space of the experimental teaching. It not only takes care of the non-environment professional students, but also meets with the needs of students who in a certain professional basis of environmental engineering.
