摘　　要：团体生涯咨询有别于个体咨询,人数多,无论使用定量还是定性测评工具,都很难同时兼顾每个人,且每种工具都有其局限性,效果往往大打折扣,于是职业兴趣探索卡、电影沙龙在多年的探索和实践中脱颖而出,成为团体生涯咨询中不可或缺的力量,它们的共同点在于结构化和非结构化相结合、叙事取向的咨询方式、有效的投射工具。咨询过程中,咨询师用娴熟的理论做基础,科学的投射工具做引导,参考量化结果,聚焦质化过程,最终促成人的自力改善。Group career counseling is different from the individual counseling, for the number of people, it is difficult to take into account each person whether it uses quantitative or qualitative assessment tools, and each tool has its limitations, the effect is often greatly reduced. So career interest exploration card, Movie Salon in many years of exploration and practice, become an indispensable force in the group career counseling, which have in common is the combination of structured and unstructured, narrative oriented consulting, effective projection tool. In the consultation process, consultants with skilled theory and scientific projection tools, refer to the quantitative results,focuse on the quality of the process, and ultimately promote the independent improvement of person.
