摘　　要：融通学历教育和职业培训是高职院校外在的压力和内在需求相作用的结果。通过数字资源平台检索相关文献并进行统计分析,可见高职院校学历教育融通职业培训的研究历史脉络清晰,循序渐进,分析其研究价值并对比国内外实践经验,提出创建多重质量保障机制、按需求设置专业、灵活制定人才培养方案、实施学分银行机制、优先发展等建议。Accommodation of academic education and vocational training is the consequence of external pressure andinternal requirements in higher vocational colleges. Through the digital resources platform and statistical analysis of relatedliterature, the research history of degree education blending with vocational training is visible and step by step in highervocational colleges. By the analysis of research value and contrast of practical experience at home and abroad, suggestionsare put forward about creating multiple quality guarantee mechanism, setting up the disciplines according to the demand,flexibly making talent training case, the implementation of credit bank mechanism, the priority to the development.
