摘　　要：鉴于目前跨学科科研成果评价的困境,该文分别从文献计量指标差异和评价方法两个层面对国内跨学科科研成果评价理论研究进行了分析,并结合自身思路就跨学科科研成果评价提出了建议。跨学科科研评价应坚持定量与定性评价相结合,兼顾科研成果学术质量与影响力,尊重学科引用规律,加强科研成果、评价指标和学科专家的细分,区别评价不同类型的成果,减少对重点学科和重点成果的限制。Because of the difficulties of the evaluation of multidisciplinary research achievements, this paper analyzes the different performances of evaluation indicators and the methods on evaluation of multidisciplinary research achievements, and puts forward some constructive suggestions. Conclusions of the study is that evaluation of multidisciplinary research achievements should combines quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation, equates between the academic quality and influence of research achievements, respects the citation rules in different disciplines, enhances the subdivision of research achievements, evaluation indicators and subject experts, evaluates different types of achievements distinctively, and reduces the limits of key disciplinary fields and achievements.
