摘  要:目的:测定茉莉花叶乙酸乙酯提取物中多酚的含量及其体外抗氧化能力,为充分利用茉莉花资源提供理论依据。方法:用乙酸乙酯作溶剂,在75℃水浴中超声提取茉莉花叶多酚30 min,通过紫外-可见分光光度法测定了茉莉花叶中多酚的含量及其提取物的清除自由基能力。结果:茉莉花叶乙酸乙酯提取物中含有较高多酚含量,其提取物有较强的清除自由基能力,当提取物稀释10倍时,其抗氧化能力表现为:邻苯三酚法(89.2%)>Fenton法(77.0%)。茉莉花叶乙酸乙酯提取物的抗氧化能力随提取物浓度的增大而增加,二者呈现一定的量效关系。结论:茉莉花叶多酚具有较强的抗氧化活性。Objective:polyphenol content of ethyl acetate extract of Jasmine leaf and antioxidant capacity in vitro were determined, to provide a theoretical basis for the full use of the resources of jasmine. Meth od : Using ethyl acetate as the solvent in a water bath at 75 ℃ ultrasonic extraction jasmine leaf polyphenols 30min, by UV - visible spectrophotometry the free radical scavenging ability of jasmine leaf polyphenol content and extract. Results:The ethyl acetate extract of Jasmine leaves contain high content of polyphenols, the extract has a strong free radical scavenging capacity. When the extract was diluted 10 - fold, its antioxidant capacity were as follows: pyrogallol method (89.2%) 〉 Fenton France (77.0%). The ethyl acetate extract antioxidant capacity of Jasmine leaves increases with increasing extract concentration, showing a certain dose - effect relationship. Conclusion : Jasmine leaf polyphenol has a strong antioxidant activity.
