摘  要:针对发动机缸盖缺陷检测领域中表面缺陷在线检测问题,设计了发动机缸盖图像扫描系统,以线阵CCD相机为检测单元获取缸盖表面图像,分析了运动与扫描图像的关系,给出了获取较佳质量图像的机械运动条件;对获取的图像提出一种基于能量最小化改进的中值滤波,并与其他几种滤波器处理图像对比,给出了图像质量评价指标。结果表明:所设计的发动机缸盖图像采集系统运行稳定,改进的算法滤波效果较好,完全能够满足发动机缸盖表面缺陷在线检测要求。Defect detection for the engine cylinder head was urgently needed in the field of surface defect detection,the engine cylinder head image scanning system was designed with linear array CCD camera for detecting unit to obtain images of the cylinder head surface,analyzing the relationship between movement and scanning images,and the condition of mechanical motion of the better quality image was given. The improved energy minimum median filter was used to process the obtained image,and by comparing with other several filter,and the image quality evaluation index was given. The results show that the design of engine cylinder head image acquisition system is running stable,improved algorithm has good filtering effect,which can fully meet the requirement of engine cylinder head surface defect on-line detection.
