摘 要:目的探讨PACS系统结合PBL教学模式在放射科一阶段规范化培训中的应用价值及前景。方法选择某院2008年-2016年参加住院医一阶段规培的医师共40名,其中应用PBL教学模式+PACS系统共25名,其余15名采用讲解等观片灯教学模式,记录一阶段住院医规培的理论和实践考试成绩和通过率,比较二种教学方法之间有无统计学意义。结果应用PBL教学模式+PACS系统与讲解等观片灯教学模式相比,前者理论考试平均分高于后者,通过率明显高于后者(P<0.05);实践考试平均分和通过率明显高于后者(P<0.05),住院医师对带教老师的满意度调查评分明显高于后者(P<0.05)。结论放射科PACS系统结合PBL教学模式能够使影像资源在住院医规范化培训中发挥最大作用。Objective To discuss the application value and prospect of combination of PACS system and PBL teaching mode in standardized residency training.Methods Choose 40 residents in the first stage at the radiology department in our hospital from 2008 to 2016,which 25 with combination of PACS system and PBL teaching mode,the rest 15 adopt Power Point teaching mode.Record theory examination and practical skills test results and pass rate,compare two kinds of teaching methods with or without statistical significance.Results We found combination PACS and PBL can improve the residents in theory examination and practical skills test results and pass rate increased significantly(P〈0.05),residents for the teacher’s satisfaction has improved significantly(P〈0.05).Conclusions So the combination of PACS and PBL can make the image resource to play a biggest role in standardized residency training.
