摘 要:目的评价案例式PBL教学模式在西医院校针灸学见习教学中的效果。方法分别对2012级七年制和五年制临床医学专业学生各30人采用传统教学模式(对照组)和案例式PBL教学模式(实验组),通过理论考试、临床实践考试和对学生进行问卷调查,统计两组学生的教学效果及对学生综合能力的影响。结果实验组学生的理论考试客观题成绩与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);实验组理论考试主观题、临床实践成绩均高于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生在信息获取能力、对知识理解力、学习兴趣、团队协作意识、临床思维能力及操作技能方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论案例式PBL教学有助于提高学生的考试成绩及综合能力。Objective To evaluate the effect of case-based PBL for clinical probation teaching in medical college on acupuncture.Methods Two groups of clinical students were respectively using traditional teaching and case-based PBL teaching.The teaching effect and the influence to comprehensive ability of different teaching methods were valued by exam scores and questionnaire survey.Results Theory test scores of subjective part and scores of clinical practice were higher in experimental group than in control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P〈0.05).The experimental group was superior to control group from the ability of obtain information,understanding of acupuncture,learning interest,team work,clinical logical thinking and operate skill(P〈0.05).Conclusion Case-based PBL can enhance students’ exam scores and comprehensive ability.
