高职院校校企合作法律缺陷研究

摘　　要：高职院校校企合作是高等职业教育学院教育发展的合作模式之一,它对于高职教育发展起着关键的推动作用,好的高职院校校企合作可以帮助高等职业教育更好地实施。我国的高职院校校企合作在法律法规方面存在一定缺陷,只有建立规范的制度和原则,才能确保构建有效的保障机制保障各大高职院校之间的利益关系,从而推动高职教育的发展。University-enterprise cooperation plays a key role in the development of higher vocational education.Good university-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges can help higher vocational education better. There are some defects in the laws and regulations in higher vocational colleges. The establishment of the standard system and the principles can ensure to build effective safeguard mechanism and safeguard the interests of the relationship between major higher vocational colleges and promote the development of higher vocational education.
