任务导向教学法在《食品营养与卫生》课程中的应用

摘　　要：在《食品营养与卫生》课程教学中,采用任务导向教学方法,应注意精心设计任务,以学生为中心,教师引导,学生通过制作PPT或微课完成任务。任务导向教学法的应用可提高教师的综合能力,强化学生的主体意识,培养学生的学习兴趣,有利于学生对食品营养与卫生相关知识的理解和掌握,提高了学生分析问题与解决问题的能力。In the＂Food Nutrition and Hygiene＂course,the task-oriented teaching method was used,teachers shouldpay attention to design tasks carefully,maked student centered,teacher guided,students maked ppt or micro-courseto complete the task. Application of task-oriented teaching method improved the quality of teachers,to strengthenthe students＇ subject consciousness,to cultivate the students＇ interest in study,but also could help students under-stand and master knowledge of Food Nutrition and Hygiene,enhance the ability of the student to analyze the ques-tion and use knowledge to solve the problem.
