摘 要:目的:调查护生的职业认同与临床适应现状,并分析其相关性。方法选取2013年11月—2015年4月在南京医科大学第一附属医院实习的护生437名,对所有研究对象以问卷形式进行调查。比较不同学历的护生职业认同和临床适应的差异,分析职业认同与临床适应的相关性。结果本科生职业认同总分[(97.53±14.82)分]低于中专生[(106.95±15.97)分]和专科生[(104.37±15.83)分],差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。临床适应方面,本科生临床适应总分和职业认知得分低于中专生和专科生,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);而在实习表现、人际关系和情绪上,不同学历的实习生差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。相关分析显示,职业认同与临床角色适应呈正相关(P <0.05)。结论不同学历的护生其职业认同和临床适应性有差异,实习时的人际关系、职业认知、实习表现、情绪等均会对护生的职业认同产生影响,影响护生的满意程度和临床实习效果。Objective To investigate the career identity and clinical adaptation of nursing students and further analyze their correlation.Methods A total of 437 nursing students who practiced their clinical apprentice in the First Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University since November 201 3 to April 201 5 were investigated in a questionnaire survey manner.Differences of career identity and clinical adaptation in nursing students with different education degrees were compared.Correlation between career identity and clinical adaptation was analyzed.Results The score of career identity in undergraduate (97.53 ±1 4.82)was lower than it in secondary school students (1 06.95 ±1 5.97)and junior college students (1 04.37 ±1 5.83)(P 〈0.05).In respect of clinical adaptation,the score of undergraduate was also lower than secondary school students and junior college students (P 〈0.05).Furthermore,there were no significant differences in clinical performance,interpersonal relationship and emotion between students with different education background (P 〉0.05).Result of correlation analysis demonstrated that career identity and clinical adaptation was positively correlated (P 〈0.05 ).Conclusions There are differences between career identity and clinical adaptation among nursing students with different education background.Interpersonal relationship,clinical performance and emotion will influence career identity,satisfaction and effects of clinical performance in nursing students.
