《大学生心理健康》课程考核改革与创新研究——以仰恩大学教学实践为例

摘　　要：《大学生心理健康》是各高校有效推进心理健康教育工作的主要途径,是以提高学生的心理健康水平和培养积极的心理品质为课程目标的一门课程。如本课程采取同其他课程一样的常规考核方法,不能真实、可靠地反映学生的心理健康水平。积极心理学的理念是通过不断激发人自身的积极因素,帮助学生利用这些积极因素,最大限度地挖掘自己的积极力量,养成积极的心理品质。因此,本课程应以积极心理学为核心理念,在实际教学中,针对常规课程考核方法存在的诸多不足,探究一套切实可行的课程考核方法,真正实现《大学生心理健康》的科学性与发展性的课程目标。College Mental Health Education is the main way for universities to promote the work of mental health education,it is a course to enhance students′psychological health and cultivate their positive psychological qualities.The idea of Positive Psychology is to promote students′adaption to environment,then help them selfdevelop actively by motivating their positive factors constantly,and help them use these positive factors to excavate active strength farthest and cultivate positive mental quality.Therefore,based on Positive Psychology,the core concept of College Mental Health Education is to explore a set of practical curriculum assessment methods by reflecting and discussing the existing problems in other curriculum assessment methods in actual teaching,so as to realize the scientificity and expansibility of the course objectives.
