摘 要:目的: 探讨建立用下颌骨指标推断颧骨主要指标的回归方程,为美容医学及其他医学领域提供相关的参考资料。方法: 本研究选用成年男性含下颌骨的颅骨135例,测量指标共计20项,设颧骨指标为应变量y1~11,下颌骨指标为自变量x1~9。按体质人类学测量方法进行测量,将所得数据用统计分析软件SPSS 170进行频数分布分析及探索性分析检测数据的真实性,然后进行线性回归分析。结果: 建立了用下颌骨指标推断颧骨主要指标的一元线性回归方程74个。对方程进行统计分析,有统计学意义,其中r≥ 0.40,P<0.001的配对方程有20个。结论: 本研究所得方程,可用于利用下颌骨对颧骨主要指标的推断,对整复外科、法医学及人工植入体制作有重要意义。Objective: To establish the regression equation applied to estimate the main general zygomatic index with the mandible index, and to provide reference for cosmetic medicine and other medical fields. Methods: 135 adult male mandibles were used to measure 20 items with the physical anthropology measuring method. The zygomatic index was set as dependent variable y1-11 , and the mandible index as independent variable x1- 9. The frequencies, erosstabs and regression were analyzed by using statistical software (SPSS 17.0). Results: 74 one-factor linear regression equations were established. After the evaluation, it was proved that the equations had statistical value. Thereinto, there were 20 partnership equations in condition of r≥ 0. 40, P〈 0. 001. Conclusion: The results obtained from this study can be used to deduce the main parameters of the mandible, which is of important significance for the production of plastic surgery, forensic medicine and artificial implants.
