创新创业背景下的高职课程改革

摘　　要：在"大众创业、万众创新"国家发展战略的背景下,学生的创新创业素质培养应成为高职教育的基本价值取向。在梳理了高职院校创新创业教育现状后,对创新创业人才的创新意识、创新精神、创新能力三方面的素质要求进行分析,进而根据高职教育特点,提出了高职院校的"岗位创新创业型人才"和"技能创新人才"的人才培养目标定位。并认为,创新创业背景下的高职课程改革应健全创新创业教育课程体系、构建创新创业教育导向的专业课程结构,、突出学生创新创业素质培养的课程评价、采用创新创业教育导向的教学方法与课程的开放性建设。In the background of ＂Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation＂ national development strategy, the cultivation of students＇ innovative and enterprising quality should be the basic value orientation of higher vocational education. After sorting out the status quo of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyses the innovative consciousness, innovative spirit, innovative ability of innovation and entrepreneurial talents. Then according to the characteristics of higher vocational education, the paper puts forward the orientation of talents training aiming at ＂post innovative talents＂ and ＂skilled creative talents＂ in higher vocational colleges. It is suggested that curriculum reform of higher vocational education in the background of innovation and entrepreneurship should improve the curricula system of innovation and entrepreneurship education, construct the curriculum structure of innovation and entrepreneurship education, highlight the curriculum evaluation of students＇ innovative and enterprising quality, adopt the teaching method of innovation and entrepreneurship education and promote the opening course construction.
