摘  要:目的调查护理本科毕业生对毕业论文撰写的相关态度和行为,以期为提高护理本科毕业生的毕业论文质量提供依据。方法 2015年6月,采用便利抽样法选择某大学护理学院2010级全体护理本科毕业生(n=107)为研究对象。采用自行设计的毕业论文撰写相关态度和行为调查表对其进行调查,并分析其结果。结果 82.2%的护理本科毕业生认为没有必要写毕业论文;98.1%的护理本科毕业生认为撰写毕业论文有困难;21.5%的护理本科毕业生认为毕业论文的好坏不会影响毕业,24.3%的护理本科毕业生表示"缺乏指导",从而影响了毕业论文的完成;48.6%的护理本科毕业生表示完成毕业论文最大的困难是"不知如何着手";在撰写论文过程中最需要的是指导教师的面对面、一对一的全程指导。有87名护理本科毕业生(81.3%)对于对护理科研教学中论文撰写指导不满意。结论护理本科毕业生对待毕业论文有待重视,老师应加强指导,及时帮助学生解决论文写作时的困难,从而有效提高其毕业论文的质量。Objective To investigate related attitude and behavior about dissertation among nursing undergraduates, in order to provide evidence in improving the dissertation quality.Method A self-designed questionnaire of thesis-related attitude and behaviour was utilized to collect data from a cluster sample of 107 nursing undergraduates.Results There were 82.2% of participants thought it was unnecessary to write the dissertation; 98.1% thought it was difficult to finish the dissertation; 21.5% considered the qualities of the dissertation can not affect the graduation and 24.3% claimed to be lack of instruction or advice; 48.6% complaint that they didn't know how to get started. What they needed mostly was face-to-face guidance and individual instruction during the process of completing the dissertation, and 87 students (81.3%) were dissatisfied with their supervisors.Conclusions From nursing undergraduate perspective, more attention should be paid to the dissertation. Supervisors should timely help students to overcome the difficulty in completing the dissertation, thus to effectively improve the quality of dissertation.
