摘　　要：生理学课程考试成绩分析与试卷质量评估不仅可检验教学效果,有助于提高教学质量,并可为生理学课程考试试题库的建立提供依据。文章运用成绩分析软件统计2014级临床医学与口腔医学专业学生试卷每道题的得分情况,全面评价试卷的难度、区分度与信度;比较两专业学生在记忆、理解与应用三个层次的成绩分布,分析失分原因,查漏补缺,帮助学生进行自我评估,提高学习能力。Score analysis of physiology examination and quality evaluation of test papers can check the teaching and learning effect and improve the teaching quality,and also provide the basis for establishing test bank of physiology examination. In this paper,score analysis software is used to appraise the difficulty,discrimination and reliability of every test item of test papers for students in Grade2014 majoring in clinic and stomatology. Comparison of the score distribution at three levels of memory,comprehension and application of knowledge can help students to find out their shortcomings and improve their learning ability by self assessment.
