摘 要:对某波瓣掺混装置不同结构参数工况作用下的SPATR燃烧室掺混燃烧流场进行数值研究,分析了单一结构参数变化对燃烧室性能的影响,并在此基础上进行了不同结构参数组合对燃烧室性能影响的综合分析。结果表明:波瓣外涵与内涵宽度比,长高比和切扇方式对燃烧室温升影响较大,波瓣长高比、内涵与外涵倾角比对燃烧室总压恢复系数影响较大;波瓣掺混装置结构参数的优化设计需要考虑燃烧室空燃比和长径比等因素的影响。Numerical studies on the mixing and combustion folw field of SPATR's combustion chamber are carried out under different configuration parameters of lobed mixer. Then the effects of changing the single configuration parameter on the performance of combustion chamber are studied,based on this,the effects of different configuration parameters' combinations on the performance of combustion chamber are analyzed. The results show that the ratio of outside width to inside width,the ratio of length to height and the elliptical cut mode of lobe have greater influence on the temperature rise of combustion chamber,and the ratio of length to height and the ratio of inside slope to outside slope of lobe have greater influence on the total pressure recovery coefficient of combustion chamber. The optimal design of lobed mixer 's configuration parameters should consider the air-fuel ratio and draw ratio of combustion chamber.
