摘　　要：谈心工作是高校辅导员开展思想政治教育的基本形式和渠道。本文探讨了辅导员谈心工作的重要意义及提升谈心工作的主要策略。Heart-to-heart talk is the basic form and channel for a university instructor to carry out ideological and political education work. This article discusses the great importance of heart-to-heart talk for university instructors and the main strat- egies for promoting this work.
