摘　　要：校企合作顶岗实习是高职院校培养高技能应用型人才的重要环节,在现阶段的顶岗实习中还存在很多问题,导致实习过程中学生的组织和管理有一定难度。本文从学生、企业、学校三个层面分析了各自存在的主要问题,并提出了拓宽校企合作范围、做好学生顶岗前的宣传动员工作、校企共建规范管理模式、建立完善的顶岗实习考核体系的合理化建议。School-enterprise cooperation internship is an important link of cultivating high skill talents in higher vocational colleges, there are still many problems in internship at the present stage, resulting that it is difficult to organize and manage the students in the internship process. This paper analyzes their existing problems from the three aspects of students, enterprises, schools, and puts forward rationalization proposals to broaden the scope of school-enterprise cooperation, do a good job in the propaganda and mobilization work, make standardized management mode of school-enterprise cooperation, and establish and perfect the evaluation system of internship.
