摘　　要：中层管理者要履行好管理者的角色,必须具备相应的技能,掌握沟通技能是中层管理者做好各项工作的必备条件。本文基于这一要求,从管理技能理论着手,着重探讨中层管理者的沟通技巧,为中层管理者提供更多有价值的沟通方法。Middle managers must have the appropriate skills to fulfill the role of a good manager, the communication skills is an essential condition for middle managers to do all the work. Based on this requirement, this paper begins with the theory of management skills, focuses on the communication skills of middle managers, and provides more valuable communication methods for middle managers.
