摘　　要：现代企业管理从根本上来说就是人的管理,尊重人才,知人善任,力求最大限度地发挥人的潜能,实现人的价值,进而达到实现企业效益与社会效益双赢的目的。墨家在其治国理论的基础上形成了丰富的管理思想,如"兼相爱、别相恶"、"尚贤事能"、"尚同一义"、"听言执行察能"、"分科论教、量才而教"及"善人赏、暴人罚"等,尽管时间久远,但对现代企业管理实践依然具有很好的借鉴作用。The modern enterprise management is basically a person management, respect for talent, restraining, makes every effort to maximize the potential of people, and to realize the value of people, thus achieve the purpose of the enterprise benefit and social benefit win - win. Mohism in its governance theory is formed on the basis of rich management thought, such as ＂ love everyone, and don＇t be evil＂, ＂ attaching importance ＂ ,＂ it is the same meaning＂, ＂ listen to the speech can execute examine＂ ,＂ branch of theory to teach＂ and ＂ a good man, suddenly and violently peeper penalty＂, etc. , it despites the long time, but in today＇s enterprise management practice still has a certain reference.
