摘　　要：结合当前高职学生心理特点和常见心理障碍,通过个案分析,对于心理、生活有困难和特殊家庭的学生群体,提倡高职院校的辅导员应全方位地运用爱心教育,用爱感染和影响学生成长成才,包括学习上的引导、生活上的关心和心灵上的疏导,提出了解决学生心理障碍的有效途径,旨在为高职院校学生教育管理提供一定的参考。Combined with the psychological characteristics of vocational college students and common mental disorder, through case analysis, for the psychological, life difficult and special family students, this paper advocates counselors in higher vocational colleges should make full use of the love education to infect and affect the growth and development of students with love, including learning guidance, life care and spiritual counseling, and presents an effective way to solve the psychological problems of college students, in order to provide a reference for the education and management of higher vocational college students.
