摘　　要：今年是原中国高等教育学会副会长、大连理工大学第二任校长钱令希先生诞辰100周年。钱令希作为一名科学家和教育家,不仅学术成果丰硕,对我国科技事业、国家重大工程项目建设贡献卓著,而且在长期的高等教育实践中,准确把握教育规律,锐意改革创新,形成了全面系统、颇具特色的教育思想体系,为学校乃至中国高等教育发展做出了贡献。他的主要治学育人理念是"三重奏"和"三结合",即重视人才、重视基础、重视创新;教学与科研结合,理论与实践结合,理学与工学结合。It is Qian Ling-xi＇ s 100th anniversary of birthday, who is the former vice president of Higher Education Academy of China, and the second president of Dalian Univer- sity of Technology. As a scientist and educator, he not only made abundant academic a- chievements,made outstanding contributions to the construction of national major engineering projects and the national science and technology; but also made contributions in the long term practice of high education both in the development of Dalian University of Technology, and China＇s high education by accurately grasping the law of education, implementing reform innovation and establishing an overall and systematic education ideological system with unique characteristics. His major education idea is three attentions and three combinations, that is attentions to talents, base and innovation, and combinations of teaching and scientific research, theory and practice, and natural science and engineering.
