摘  要:以油樟叶渣为原料采用磷酸活化法制备活性炭,研究了浸渍比、升温速度、活化温度、活化时间等工艺条件对活性炭性质的影响。结果表明:在浸渍比为1∶3、活化温度420℃、升温速度60℃·min^(-1)、活化时间60 min条件下,制得的油樟叶渣基活性炭得率为36.5%,比表面积为1 107 m^2·g^(-1),亚甲基蓝吸附值为160 mg·g^(-1),碘吸附值935 mg·g^(-1)。In this study, phosphoric acid as activiting agent and leaf residual of Cinnamomum longepanicu- latum as raw material were used to prepare activated carbon, and analysis was made of the effects of solid- liquid ratio, heating rate, activation temperature and time on the characteristics of activated carbon. The results showed that the optimal processing conditions were as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1: 3, activation temperature 420℃ ,activation heating rate 60℃· min^-1 and activation time 60 min. Under these condi- tions, the yield of the activated carbon produced by leaf residual of Cinnamomum longepaniculatum was was 36. 5%, the specific surface was 1 107 m2 ·g^-1, the methylene blue adsorption value was 160 mg·g^-1 , and the iodine adsorption value was 935 mg·g^-1.
