摘　　要：拔尖创新人才培养是高校人才培养的重要内容。通过在本科生群体中设置研究生科研助理培养模式结合高水平学科建设共同打造大学生科技创新实践协同创新培养方式,探索大学生科技创新能力发展新思路。对本培养模式实施过程中存在的问题提出意见和建议,引导实践教学改革的积极探索。It’s of great importance for colleges to train innovative talents. Through setting up the research assistant training mode of pharmacy graduates,combining the construction of high level disciplines build-ing,this paper explores the new ideas of College Students’ scientific and technological innovation. Finally, the paper puts forward suggestions on the problems in the implementation process of the training mode to guide the reform of practical teaching.
