加强南昌企业文化建设的思考

摘　　要：从当前的知识经济时代来看,企业文化起到非常大的作用,企业的主流价值观通过它得到反映。文章从企业文化对促进企业可持续发展、企业核心竞争力的影响以及在实际工作中企业文化的作用等诸多方面,综合论证了企业文化建设对提高企业经济效益、职工素质,以及对改革的不断深入和持续发展的促进,都有十分重要的意义。通过在南昌各工业园区内进行"进园区、强基层、惠职工、促发展"的调研活动,针对企业文化建设存在的问题提出了相应的建议对策,旨在推动南昌企业经济发展,实现企业文化和经济"双赢"。From the current knowledge economy, corporate culture plays an important role. It reflects the enterprises＇ mainstream values. The paper analyzes the effect of corporate culture by promote the sustainable development of enterprises, the core competitiveness of enterprises as well as the practical work in the role of corporate culture and other aspects. It has been proved that the construction of enterprise culture has a very important significance to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, the quality of workers and staff, and promote the continuous development of the reform. Through the research activities in the Nanchang Industrial Park to find out the existing problems of enterprise culture construction and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, in order to promote the economic development of Nanchang enterprises, and realize the enterprise culture and economic ＂win-win＂.
