摘  要:以擦窗机提升钢丝绳为研究对象,基于机械振动理论,建立了擦窗机吊重悬空静止时突然起升、吊重匀速下降时突然制动、吊重被突然提升离地三种工况的动力学模型。通过MATLAB软件仿真出不同工况下钢丝绳动载荷随时间变化的关系。以钢丝绳的刚度和结构阻尼比为变量,研究其对钢丝绳动载荷的影响。结果表明,选用刚度较大的钢丝绳能够有效缩减振动系统的震荡时间,对钢丝绳所受的最大动载荷值影响甚微。随着钢丝绳的阻尼比增大,能够有效地减小钢丝绳震荡的稳定时间和钢丝绳所受最大动载荷。为擦窗机结构设计和动态特性优化提供理论参考。Taking the lifting steel wire rope of window cleaning equipment as research object,dynamics models were established based on the theory of mechanical vibration,including three dynamics models:building maintenance unit dangling hoist sudden lifting at rest,hoist sudden braking and hoist sudden lifting off land.Then simulation analysis of the relationship between dynamic load of wire rope and time was done through MATLAB,where the stiffness of rope and structural damping ratio are main variables.It turned out that the time of system vibration reduced by using rope of large stiffness which,however,had no effect on the maximum dynamic load of wire rope.At the same time,with the increase of the damping ratio of the wire rope the stable time and the maximum dynamic load of the steel rope can be reduced effectively.This research provides theoretical reference for structure design and dynamic analysis of window cleaning equipment.
