摘　　要：无锡市儿童医院依托三甲综合医院,经过16年的探索,医院从无到有、从小到大、从弱到强,至今发展成为一家三级儿童专科医院。介绍了医院的建设背景及在人才培养、科研教学、专科建设、技术创新等方面取得的成效。Through 16 years＇exploration, Wuxi Children＇s Hospital, relying on the development model in tertiary comprehensive hospital, from small to big, weak to strong, has become a children＇s specialized hospital. The hospi- tal＇s construction background and the achievements of talents training, scientific teaching, specialized construction and technology innovation are introduced.
