摘  要:发展学生的核心素养是国内外基础教育改革与发展的重难点。而优质高效的课堂教学是发展学生核心素养最有效的途径。打造优质高效课堂教学发展学生核心素养需要准确把握核心素养的内涵,理清课堂教学与核心素养培养的关系,理解优质高效课堂教学的内涵,并从课堂教学效益精准化,课堂教学效果实效化,课堂教学效率最优化三个方面设计并实施课堂教学。Developing students' key competencies is the main and difficult point for the reform and development of basic education at home and abroad. High-quality and efficient classroom teaching is the most effective method to cultivate students' key competencies. To design high-quality and efficient classroom teaching for developing students' key competencies, which needs to master the connotation of key eompeteneies, make its relationship with classroom teaching clear, and understand the connotation of high-quality and efficient classroom teaching. Besides, when implementing classroom teaching, attention should be paid to the following three aspects: accurately setting teaching objectives, actually promoting the effects of teaching, and optimizing teaching efficiency.
