摘  要:为适应当前以"患者为中心"的护理模式,作为合格的护士不但应具备扎实的专业知识和娴熟的护理技能,还应具备较高的道德修养和职业素质。作为护理本科专业的班主任,应根据专业特点加强对护生的教育。该文结合自己担任学校首届护理本科班的班主任的工作实践,探讨了对护理本科班级管理、建设的方法和思路,为培养优秀护理人才提供借鉴。In order to adapt to the present patient-centered nursing model, a qualified nurse should not only be equippedwith the solid professional knowledge and skilled nursing skills, but also should have higher morality and occupational qualities,and the head teachers of the undergraduate nursing courses should enhance the education for student nurses accordingto the professional characteristics, the paper studies the method and thinking of nursing undergraduate class managementand construction and provide reference for cultivating the excellent nursing talents combined with their own working practicesof taking on the first nursing undergraduate courses in school.
