摘　　要：金工实习是工科专业的重要实践教学环节,有助于培养学生工程实践能力、创新能力。为此,结合河南工程学院工程训练中心实践,在分析金工实习现状的基础上,从教学内容、教学安排、师资培训及教学管理等方面提出了思考意见,为高校转型发展下的金工实习教学改革提供了一定的参考依据。The metalworking practice is an important practice teaching course for engineering professionals, which can trainthe engineering practice ability and the innovation ability of students. So in this paper, combining with the practice experienceof the engineering training center of Henan institute of engineering, some suggestions related to teaching contents, teaching arrangement, teachers training and teaching management are raised based on the analysis of the present situation of the metalworking practice, which will offer certain reference for the teaching reform of the metalworking practice under the backgroundof the transformation development of the universities.
