后G20时代中高职衔接教育中会展人才培养研究

摘　　要：随着杭州G20峰会的成功举办,会展业迎来了新的机遇,后G20时代的中高职教育在会展人才素质培养方面应进行针对性的优化。在深化校企合作培养模式的前提下,形成中高职教育相衔接的教育机制,以培养未来会展行业所需高级人才为目标。With the successful holding of the G20 summit in Hangzhou, the exhibition industry has entered in a new opportunity. Higher Vocational Education in the exhibition personnel quality training should be targeted for optimization in the post G20 era. In the context of deepening the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, Higher Vocational Education Convergence of the educational mechanism is formed in order to cultivate the future of the exhibition industry as a target for senior personnel.
