摘　　要：高职院校的创新发展越来越引起人们的关注,加强高职院校创新型人才的培养是社会发展赋予高职院校的历史使命,也是高职院校自身发展的必然要求。培养教师的创新思维,提高师生的创新能力,是高职学院在当前发展中面临的重要问题。本文以无锡商业职业技术学院为例,探讨高职学院科技创新能力的现状以及存在的问题和相关对策。Innovation and development of vocational colleges are the requirement from society and the colleges of their own and therefore how to motivate the teachers9 innovative thinking and improve their innovative ability is a big challenge which the vocational colleges are facing. The paper takes Wuxi Institute of Commerce as a case to investigate the status quo of the scientific and technological innovation ability in vocational colleges, discusses the problems and proposes some solutions.
