西部中职校发展状况调查研究——以贵州中职学校为例

摘　　要：贵州深处西部腹地,是西部欠发达地区一个重要省份,在诸多方面均极具一定的典型性和代表性,其中中职学校更是如此。贵州中职学校虽一直积极稳步发展,但因受一些主客观因素制约,发展较为有限。存在发展分布不均、有机衔接的系统的现代职业教育体系尚未真正形成、总体基础设施建设及办学条件较为落后、人才培养模式及继续学习深造空间、社会力量创办职业教育很有限等若干问题。对此,贵州应积极主动适应新常态,统筹中职、高职和普通本专科教育协调发展,大力实施中职教育基础设施和办学条件建设工程,健全中职教育质量保障体系,创新中职教育人才培养模式,拓宽中职学校毕业生继续学习深造的通道,有力推动中职教育科学发展。Guizhou is one of the most important provinces in the western underdeveloped areas. Guizhou secondary vocational school, in such undeveloped area, has been restricted in development, such as backward teaching facilities, limited fund for fundamental constructions and fewer opportunities for teaching staff to further their studies. The paper, based on the analysis of the above problems, advocates that governments of all levels should exert effort to run the secondary vocational education well.
