摘　　要：根据西医《诊断学》涉及的问诊、体格检查、病历书写、实验诊断等内容,构建中医院校西医诊断学实训教学方式和实训途径。包括临床模拟教学,辅助软件及仪器设备教学,多媒体教室教学。采用小组制实训教学组织形式和电子读卷多题式考核评价方案,旨在提高教学效果,培养学生的临床思维能力和动手能力。Diabetic kidney Yin Jin injury, outside hot Sheng, Yin-based, hot as the standard, edema is a disease caused by multiple organs, diabetes falling, sinister and yang, spleen and kidney decay, moisture retention, flooding the skin; pathogenesis machine and typing is no consensus; Chinese medicine treatment in relieving symptoms while reducing the risk of various physical and chemical indicators, slow disease progression and reduce the extent of damage the disease, improve quality of life; by installments syndrome, and its single herb extracts, special prescription therapy. Treatment repeatability to be verified, expect the use of modern medical means system filtering, sorting, try to achieve standardization of Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
