摘 要:合理的人才培养模式是职业教育走向良性发展的助推器。国外的职业教育起步早,人才培养模式与政策支撑环境已趋于成熟,大致可分为以"学校为本"的高职模式、以"企业为本"的高职模式以及"产学合作"三种模式。而我国的高等职业教育起步较晚,酒店人才培养模式建设在很大程度上借鉴了国外经验,大致可分为以学校为主导的"n"+"n"模式以及"产学结合"模式。总的来说,我国现有的酒店人才培养模式还存在一些问题,如缺乏完善的职教法规与有效的运行机制,产学融合缺乏深度等。只有解决这些问题,才能使未来的酒店职业人才培养更加适应产业发展的诉求。Good talent cultivating mode can promote the development of vocational education. Overseas Voca- tional education started earlier than China; therefore, talent cultivating modes and relevant policies that support vo- cational education are relatively mature. In general, overseas talent cultivating modes can be divided into three types : school - oriented vocational schools, enterprise - oriented vocational schools, and school - enterprise co - operation. In contrast, China' s high vocational education starts late, the talent cultivating modes in Chinese hotels are largely based on foreign experience and can be roughly divided into two types: school - based " n" + " n" model and school - enterprise co - operation. In practice, the existing talent cultivating modes have faced some problems, such as lack of perfect vocational education laws and regulations as well as effective operating mecha- nism, etc. Only when these problems are solved can future hotel talent cuhivation be adapted to the demands of in- dustrial development.
