摘  要:美国教育政策研究联盟(The Consortium for Policy Research in Education,简称CPRE)是一所跨校间合作性的教育政策研究机构。美国宾夕法尼亚大学公布的《2014年全球智库报告》、《2015年全球智库报告》关于教育政策领域的顶级智库排名中,教育政策研究联盟连续两年排名前列。教育政策研究联盟创始人苏珊·福尔曼(Susan Fuhrman)教授说,"教育政策研究联盟总是试图寻找一项教育政策的制定能为儿童生活、教师工作和学校有效性方面带来什么不同"。本刊特约记者通过文献法和访谈法等多种途径,从该智库的运行概况、研究重点等几个方面进行呈现,以期对我国教育智库建设和发展有所启示。Editor's note: The Consortium for Policy Research in Education (CPRE) is an education policy research institution for cross-school cooperation. Among the top think-tank ranking on the field of education policy research in both 《2014 Global Go To Think Tanks Report》 and 《2015 Global Go To Think Tanks Report》released by the University of Pennsylvania, CPRE has been at the forefront for two consecutive years. Professor Susan Fuhrman, the founder of CPRE, said: CPRE has always been trying to find an education policy can bring something different for children's life, teachers' work and school effectiveness. Our special correspondent, through various approaches like literature method and interview method, makes a comment on topics from its general operation to the recent research focus etc. so as to benefit the construction and development of an education think-tank in China.
