摘　　要：以问题为基础的教学方法(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)是国际上广为关注的一种医学教育模式。PBL教学法在我国医学教育中也逐渐得到开展。近两年,我院骨科在临床教学中尝试应用PBL教学法,并取得了较好的效果。本文就该教学方法在实际应用中的优点和困难进行分析。Problem-Based Learning （PBL） teaching method has become an international popular medical educational pattern. And the PBL teaching method has been gradually applicated in China. In recent two years, we took the PBL teaching method in orthopaedics clinical teaching, and got better effect than traditional teaching method. This paper discusses advantages and difficulties of this new method.
