摘　　要：对英文经典医学教科书采访前评价进行探讨,指出内容上需具有权威性、先进性、易理解和实用性等特点,形式上应体现在出版社、版本、作者及其学协会、译本等方面,采访馆员在英文经典医学教科书的采访前需要进行合理评估和综合评价。The paper discusses the evaluation of classic medical textbooks in English before acquisition.It points out that the content should be authoritative,advanced,easily understandable and practical and the form should reflect the press,edition,author and his/her association and translation,etc.Acquisition librarians should make reasonable assessment and comprehensive evaluation before the acquisition of classic medical textbooks in English.
