摘　　要：IT服务市场的不断发展要求IT组织不断提高服务管控水平,并建设符合自身管控要求的IT服务管理平台。通过分析IT服务管理体系建设要求,对IT服务管理平台规划和系统技术实现方法进行了阐述,并对平台的应用情况进行了说明。IT组织应以IT服务支撑体系为基础,才能使IT服务管理系统的建设和使用满足组织的IT服务管理目标。In IT services fast-growing market, IT organizations should improve service management level and the construction of IT service management platform. This paper describes how to construct and apply the ITSM system in IT service supplier. ITSM system application should be based on the IT organization＇s IT service management, so that it can meet the organization＇s IT service objectives.
