摘 要:近年来,原本作为口译技能训练方式的"影子练习"逐渐被引入外语教学中。本文首先总结了语言教学中的"影子练习"的前期相关研究,指出不足之处,然后根据为期三周的实证研究结果,以练习者的行为和感受为中心,对练习者的内在意识进行了分析。研究内容包括:1.训练者的日语水平等是否会影响他们对"影子练习"的喜好;2.根据练习者在训练过程中感受和练习方式,探讨影响练习者情绪的因素。Originally intended as a training technique for interpreting skills, in recent years "shadow exercise" is gradually being introduced into foreign language teaching. This article summarizes the research on "shadow exercise" for language teaching and presents the deficiencies. According to empirical studies, the article then analyzes the consequences of this technique on the inner consciousness. The research questions are as follows: 1) is the trainer influenced by their "shadow practice" of preference, and 2) considering practitioners' feelings during training and practice modes, what are the factors that most affect the mood of practitioners.
