摘 要:通过采集深圳市主要婴幼儿配方乳粉,检测其钼质量分数水平,统计分析不同婴幼儿配方乳粉中钼质量分数水平的差异显著性。结果表明:除国外2段和3段配方乳粉外,其他不同阶段的婴幼儿配方乳粉中钼质量分数水平存在显著性差异,其阶段越高,钼质量分数越高;国内婴幼儿配方乳粉与国外婴幼儿配方乳粉间的钼质量分数水平无显著性差异;婴幼儿配方乳粉与婴幼儿配方谷物粉间的钼质量分数水平存在显著性差异,且谷物粉质量分数大于乳粉质量分数。In this study, we detected the molybdenum content levels of main infant formula milk powders in Shenzhen and used statistical analysis for the significant difference of molybdenum content levels of different infants milk powders. The results showed ,that in addition to foreign formula milk powders of paragraph 2(Follow-on) and paragraph 3(Growing-up), molybdenum contents in different stages of infant formula milk powder exist significant differences, higher the stage is, higher the molybdenum contents are. Meanwhile,molybdenum levels in domestic infant formula milk powders and foreign infant formula milk powders showed no significant difference while molybdenum content levels between infant formula milk powder and infant formula cereal flour showed significant differences, and the contents in cereal powder were higher than milk powder.
