摘　　要：高职院校贫困学生在就业方面主要有两个问题:首先是高职高专院校毕业,学历不高;其次是和一般人比起来要承受更大的经济压力。伴随着沉重经济压力的还有心理压力,在这种情况下,分析高职高专贫困学生在就业指导方面存在的问题并探讨解决对策,对学生的就业率还是心理健康都大有裨益。Financially poor students in higher vocational colleges are facing more pressure on employment after graduation.Not only because they haven＇t received relatively higher education,but also because they face more difficulties financially and have more mentally pressure.Under such circumstances,this essay analyzes the problems existing in employment guidance work among these students,and puts forward corresponding measures to help them improve their employment situation,which will also be of great help for their mental health.
