地方高校基础化学实验中心建设与实验教学改革探索

摘　　要：地方高校实验技术队伍不稳定、实验内容不合理等问题限制了实验中心的发展以及对学生的培养。该文通过调整管理制度、引进人才、加强课外科技活动以及优化实验教学内容等措施,以激发教辅人员积极性,稳定实验队伍,并调动学生实验积极性,提升学生创新能力,改善实验教学质量,可为其他地方高校基础实验中心建设提供借鉴和参考。The existed problems in fundamental chemistry experimental center of Hebei University of Science and Technology,a local key university,are analyzed and discussed in this paper. These problems include instability of laboratory personnel and unreasonable experimental contents,which limits the development of experimental center and the training of undergraduates. To stabilize laboratory personnel,improve the quality of experimental teaching,motivate the students＇ enthusiasm on experiments,we can enhance the students＇ innovation ability,and finally train excellent innovative talents for society. Some measurements,such as reformation of management system,introduction of talents,strengthening of the extra- curricular activities in science and technology,and optimization of the experiment teaching content,have been proposed. This work may provide references for the construction of other local universities.
